Each of us holds a unique expression of creativity that wants to be expressed through us - our Heart Art. Here we consider also life as an Art with managing our energy, our belief systems, behavours etc. . Yet, many of us struggle with fear, creative blocks, and a lack of structure. In this program, we’ll guide you on a journey of authentic self-expression, liberating you to express your creativity. Through a blend of playful Bodywork, Voice Activation, Storytelling, Artwork, Meditation, and Visualization, you are invited to uncover the ESSENCE of your potential.
Using innovative Spiral Dance method, we’ll guide you to connect deeply with your BODY, mind, and soul. You’ll activate your VOICE, finding words to express your truth and essence.

There are 2 months with 4 sessions (July & November) and 1 month with 2 sessions (December - Christmas break) according to the flow.
We designed a flow with INTEGRATION time in between as we believe it is a very important aspect of a process.

Yes. The recordings of the sessions are available, in case you are not able to come to class you can watch it in another moment.
